These people do this for free and they take time out of their life to help other people they don't even know so we can have our salmon fishery for many more years to come!

The Tyee club has a rich long history,  I would like to help this continue.

I remember reading the note books and seeing the pictures of the Father of a freind Gary Wienholt,  mooching up the 30# slugs with the old school parabolic rod. Must been 40 years ago or more now.  I actually attended one meeting about 20 years ago, but didn't become a member,

How do we do so now?  

Henry, we have meetings on the fouth tuesday of the month at 6pm at the Rod and Gun club at Lake Merced in San Francisco.  You can come as a guest for the first meeting and after the third meeting you usually get in.  Take Care, Rich

I wish I lived in the SF Bay area.  I would be an active member.  I was actually given a life time membership to the club in 1982 in memory of my grandfather, Frank Dyer, who was a past president of the club.

 I am glad to see the club is still going and I have many memories of the stories my grandfather would tell that revolved around his involvement in the club.

Rob, look forward to seeing you at a Tyee Club meeting.. We meet at the SF Rod and Gun Club on the fourth Tuesday of the month except for December at 6pm.  Rich Navarro
